Studies
The rapid assembly of molecular diversity utilizing multi-component reactions has received a great deal of attention, most notably for the construction of heterocyclic ‘drug-like’ libraries. These methodologies are of particularly great utility when they lead to the formation of ‘privileged medicinal scaffolds,’ defined as molecular frameworks serving as the basis for the generation of ligands for functionally and structurally discreet biological receptors. Such chemistry greatly facilitates the development of pharmaceutical agents for diverse applications.
Our company conducts the studies, directed on searching for new biologically-active compounds, showing anti-cancer and anti-bacterial (including anti-tubercular) activity.
The studies comprise of it:
1) Development new approach to syntheses of the libraries of the compounds with potential biological-activity;
2) Screening of new compounds on biological activity;
3) Study mechanism of the action new classes of the compounds;
4) Undertaking the research of the compounds on Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) with purpose of the further structured modification of the under study frameworks.
